Important update for parents of children at Hawkswood Primary

Please see our letter to parents regarding the gradual reopening of Hawkswood Primary.  The letter below contains key information about our school approach and how we are managing a phased return to school for some children.

School will continue to function as we have been, for children of key workers and those who are vulnerable, providing work and support for children who are being educated at home.

School will open more widely for children in Year R, 1 and 6 from 3rd June 2020 and parents of children in these year groups have been contacted directly.

If you have previously indicated that you wish your child to remain at home due to shielding on on medical grounds, but would like them to return, simply call the school office and ask to speak to Miss Mattison.  We welcome the return of children as parent feel it is safe to do so, but require 5 days notice to arrange CT plus travel.

For full details of the return to school arrangements, please see the letter below.  This has been posted to all families of children at Hawkswood Primary.

We miss you all very much.  Please stay safe, try hard with your home learning and keep in touch with your calls.  We will see you all soon.
