SEND Policy and Practice
We consider that each of our pupils have specialist needs to enable them thrive and realise their full potential. From transition into each provision we use a range of methods to gain valuable information about what is needed to ensure we aim to meet every pupil's needs to the best of our ability. We are flexible and innovative and have a holistic approach that involves gathering baseline information regarding the pupil's attitudes and abilities towards: safeguarding; wellbeing and academic progress. Induction typically includes a home visit, a mental health/ wellbeing assessment and forming close working partnerships with parents.
